About Founder

Dr.Padmini brings to the table an extensive two-decade tenure of comprehensive experience with a proven track record of delivering growth, profitability, and operational excellence in dynamic and competitive business environments spanning across Banking, Insurance and Edtech sectors.

Her proficiency extends across a wide range of expertise, encompassing Strategic Planning, Business Operations including Cash Flow Management, Business Development, Customer Experience and Success, Total Quality Management, Risk Management, Knowledge Transfer and Mentoring.

She has been greatly successful in leading large projects through nurturing teams by fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Dr. Padmini holds a diverse range of academic credentials including a Doctorate Degree in Risk Management, Advance diploma in Total Quality Management (TQM), Lead Trainer certification for ISO 9001: 2015 and a gold certification as a TBEM Assessor.

Additionally, she is also a certified Strategic Management Professional (SMP) from XLRI and holds a certification in Leadership Management by Strayer University. Furthermore, she is a POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Expert and a PMS (Performance Management System) Expert.

In addition to her professional acumen, she is a passionate writer with a portfolio of numerous articles on LinkedIn and has two published white papers in the context of Indian school system. Also, she has recently published her debut book. She is a TED speaker, an avid reader and has a deep passion for travelling.

As a form of societal contribution, during her leisure time, she commits herself to diverse endeavors. These include offering guidance to young individuals in crafting strategies and effectively monetizing their startup ideas and initiatives, conducting workshops and seminars aimed at educating and raising awareness about workplace sexual harassment prevention (POSH) and helping students in goal setting and enhancing their performance.
